Seaport Pass Applications

A service for processing applications for access to seaport operators' transport infrastructure facilities and approval of the submitted applications with responsible stevedoring company employees.

The service allows you to create requests and, based on their parameters, route them for approval via customized routes. The service takes into account the design features and details of the following request types (each type is a separate module): for passes for individuals and/or vehicles, for material passes, for industrial and economic activities.

Submitting an electronic application

The applicant fills out a special electronic application form on the website
Application approval by terminal staff

The application is sent electronically for approval to the responsible terminal employees along a specific route depending on the application parameters
Approval of the application by State regulatory authorities

The approval of the application by state regulatory authorities can be carried out on paper or electronically, using enhanced electronic signature
Transferring data to the access control systems or security

After all approvals have been completed, the application data is automatically transferred to the pass office and the access control system (ACS) or to the security guard's workstation in the «Konversta» service.
